While in the fog that is severe depression, it can be impossible to remember there are things that make me happy. There are things I enjoy doing. Being in the midst of a depressive time, it is often impossible to make myself do these things, but it IS good to know they do exist. So, probably mostly for myself to read and remember and hopefully give a reason to go on in those dark times, here's "101 Things That Make Me Happy".
